About Sand Ridge
Trent Gherardini founded Sand Ridge Capital in 2018 in St. Louis, Missouri. Starting his career in Chicago underwriting and assisting in the sale of Class-A multifamily and mixed-use retail on Chicago’s North Side, he discovered his passion. Realizing a growing opportunity in the world of healthcare real estate, Trent joined Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate advisors as one of their original brokers. After spending 7+ years in the skilled nursing and seniors housing industry, Trent was presented an opportunity to work in-house for a private developer based in St. Louis. During his career Trent has worked on all sides of commercial real estate including development, leasing, management, and ownership. He prides himself on a strategic yet conservative approach to the industry which has been proven time again to yield positive results for all clients.
